I wish there was a summary for what each class was in the app when I am signing up for a class. Having to come out of my “home” gym to find another area gym is clunky.Ĥ. I have the VIP membership so I can go to any in shape gym in my area. Recently there has been a banner at the top of the app saying you can add a profile picture. However, using the back arrow usually fixes it because who the world remembers their member number? Whoever came up with logging in by member number is an idiot.Ģ. It constantly logs you out for no reason. People can deal with workers not working and occasional dust during the pandemic but the mask enforcement is ridiculous.ġ. I urge management to get their act together and do what the laws requires. This gym needs to enforce the rules they have posted around the gym because, they are the rules. I was there for 45 minutes and no one showed up. Staff told the complainer they would have them put the masks on.
On 8/21 I witness a patron complain that a group of people were not wearing masks when there are signs clearing saying to wear them. Whether or not you believe in mandate or not, a rule is a rule and they are not exempt. The wipe down rags have also been there but it’s the not holding gym members accountable masks is a problem. The gym is dirty, employees standing around talking rather then helping patrons but more importantly within the current pandemic this gym has failed to keep up with nor enforce current guild lines. Recently over the past two years, prior to the COVID 19 fiasco, this gym in Capitola has been sliding further and further down hill. I’ve seen different phases of the gym come and go and have been very happy with where it has come. I’ve been a member of the Capitola branch for a long time.
